Refund policy

At Hazyblossom, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we maintain specific return guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged during transit, OR

You received the wrong shade,

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase.

You must share clear images/videos of the issue.

Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be raised within [3 DAYS] of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return request is approved:

The product may need to be returned to us.

After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: [2-3 BUSINESS DAYS] after approval.

Please note that payment gateway or bank processing times may vary.

4. Exchange Options
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Damaged items

Defective products

Incorrect items received

We do not offer exchanges for shade mismatch or change of preference.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after verification.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement, OR

A refund, depending on availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Used or opened cosmetic products

Products returned without original packaging

Products damaged due to misuse

Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lipsticks and other cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened.

7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by Hazyblossom.

If approved under special circumstances not due to our error, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
